Scope
With their expansion of services and locations, the Doris Duan-Young (DDY) Autism Center expressed the need to improve their brand presence and create brand consistency across customer touchpoints and marketing efforts.
Our consultancy work required us to understand the mission of the center keeping in mind their legacy and on-ground efforts towards a more inclusive community. Colors, design, legibility, and function were all considerations to ensure people living with autism feel safe and comforted when engaging with the brand.
After a series of dialogue between the management, team members and team, we produced a strategic framework for the DDY brand across several brand

The Doris Duan-Young (DDY) Autism Center located in Dubai Healthcare City, empowers individuals living with autism. The Center offers 18+ services including assessment, clinical, therapeutic, inclusion and vocational programs, and community and caregiver trainings.
The person behind the name of the center is Doris Duan Young, the US-based best-selling author and founder of the Doris Duan-Young Autism Centers. Since 1994, she has helped over 20,000 families overcome challenges associated with autism and other developmental disabilities.
