We’ve done the thinking for you. Keeping your journey in mind as a personal brand, each package is curated to ensure all vital features are available. Depending on your journey, business model, target audience and budget, you can choose the package that works for you.
We have also included terms as well as privacy policy for all packages (read more about these in the technical section) which are considered important documents on any website.
What do these website packages cover?
All packages cover vital requirements - right from configuration and integration domain name, i.e., the internet address for your website, to hosting it, developing content, designing your website, and developing it.
How do I choose which package is best for me?
We approached each package with a particular personal brand and industry in mind. Here’s how we curated the features.
- Lone warrior: Good for those starting out such as bloggers, home bakers, writers, tutors, and accountants who want an online presence to showcase their work with a contact email.
- Ferocious pro: Good for consultants, coaches, trainers, and event organizers who have a larger body of work to showcase and could like to use direct bookings to further their business.
- Pack leader: Good for wellness practitioners, designers (interiors, graphics), photographers, developers, artists (traditional, digital), and stylists (food, fashion) to help categorize various service portfolios, scale their business with packages and offers.
Why are the website packages only for freelancers?
Having worked with clients and businesses of all sizes, we curated packages that can be standardized for freelancers. In our experience, mid to large businesses require custom development and hence, a different approach. Should you require a bespoke solution, we would be happy to advise and provide an estimate.
What is a content-first website?
We take pride in designing and developing websites with a content-first approach. What that means is we figure out what you want to say (brand message) and then advise on how you should deliver it (design). Too often businesses look at design over brand communication and function. By figuring out early on what you need to communicate as a brand, we are able to choose the right design and functionality to support your business operations.
What is the cost of hosting after the first year?
Regardless of the package, hosting for the first year is complimentary. After the first 12 months, the below annual **charges apply.

What is the cost of annual maintenance after the first year?
Regardless of the package, annual maintenance for the first year is complimentary. After the first 12 months, the below annual ***charges apply.

Why do I need a business email?
Your personal brand needs it. When you decide to go solo and launch your personal brand, a business email helps you come across as a professional and strengthens your brand. Your business email will have your domain, example, our domain name is www.theexhibit.ae, our emails are <names>@theexhibit.ae.

Content, design and development
What is the website package process?
- Once you confirm your selected package via email, you will receive a link to register yourself as a client.
- Following this, you will receive an invoice for the advance.
- Once the invoice amount has been credited to The Exhibit LLC bank account, you will receive an email within 2 working days, requesting for certain documents / files.
- Once we receive the documents, the project will start covering content development and design.
What do these website packages cover?
All packages cover vital requirements - right from configuration and integration domain name, i.e., the internet address for your website, to hosting it, developing content, designing your website, and developing it.
What documents or files do I need to provide?
Initial documents include logo, color palette / brand guidelines, domain registrar, etc, and if available, copy of your trade license and VAT registration.
Once we check the files and confirm receipt, the project timeline will apply based on the package you have selected.
What do I need to know about the content development aspect?
Depending on your website package, you will receive a workbook (pdf / word document) which you are required to complete and/or a consultant who will interview you to get the details about your business over a virtual meeting (maximum two hours).
Following this, you will receive a web copy draft for your review. A maximum of two revisions are included all packages. The first revision is via a Word document and based on the briefing, and the second revision, is after the content is uploaded on your website and will be shared as a pdf of the web design.
How do I choose the website design?
Depending on your package, you will get to select from premium WordPress design themes that work for your business. Once you select the theme, we will design it based on the selected theme and available prebuilt layouts within the theme. In addition, if you have brand guidelines, we will use these as reference for the design.
Can I share my own design references?
The packages have assigned design themes and hence, we will try to match you design references as close as possible, however as we use a premium theme and the available prebuilt layouts within a theme, there are limitations.
How long will it take to have my new website?
Based on our experience, we have estimated the minimum number of days for each package. We have provided 5 working days as buffer to account for delays in approvals across all packages. Further delays can incur penalties (refer to our terms and conditions).
What if I need more content to be developed within my selected package?
The content development is capped per package. We recommend that you develop and upload additional content at your own responsibility after we handover the website at which stage, we will no longer be responsible for the website design. If you need our support to develop additional content, it will be billed as a separate service.
Can I add Arabic to my website later?
In concept, it is possible to have a bilingual site built on an existing package as a separate scope and cost after our website package scope is completed. Dependencies can include the selected theme’s support of another language (text to read from left to right) as well as the hosting.
Does each package provide sufficient room to scale and increase functionality at a later stage?
Yes, it is possible to increase functionality on an existing package as a separate scope and cost after the website is handed over.
Can I submit images and videos? Is there a limit?
The packages use only images; no videos are included in any of the package to ensure page speed and performance. The number of images is based per package and theme.
What are social accounts can be linked?
Our packages allow for linkage with the below social accounts:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Snapchat
Can I update my website later?
All our packages include training and a login to WordPress so you can edit and update text and images by yourself.
What is content update assistance?
Depending on the selected package, we offer content update assistance in 30-minute slots per annum.

What web hosting do I get?
For all our website packages we offer premium hosting (cloud-based hosting with Linux servers based in the US) for WordPress sites that offer speed, scalability, and security.
Why do I need assistance to purchase domain name?
You may not need assistance at all. But for those who do, we can advise on a reliable domain registrar, and assist on where to purchase the name and complete the registration.
Industry practice suggests choosing a domain that is:
- Explains your brand
- Easy to spell
- Easy to pronounce
- Is clear
- The right domain extension (.com or .net for example)
- Easy to remember
- Not too long
- Incorporates keywords if possible
What is a security certificate?
A security certificate referred to as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a digital certificate that authenticates a website's identity and allows sensitive information such as logins, credit card numbers, etc to be transmitted securely.
In all our packages, you will benefit from a domain level security certificate.
What are SEO keywords?
Keywords are also referred to as SEO keywords or search queries. Simply stated these are words and phrases people use to search for a topic of choice. When you identify keywords that people use naturally in your line of work or industry, and use these keywords in your website content, users are more likely to find your website via search engines.
What is on-page SEO?
Also known as on-site SEO helps optimize certain elements on a website to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic. This can cover keyword optimization, title tags, alt text, meta descriptions, and internal linking among others.
What are plugins?
All our packages include required plugins which is a type of software used to increase functional capabilities. In your WordPress website, these can be added to a team showcase page, project portfolio section and various types of contact forms.
What is the purpose of terms and privacy policy?
We use standard terms and privacy policy across all packages. To elaborate on definition:
- Terms: Broadly this is an agreement through which a visitor agrees to use a website and abide by certain rules, regulations, and disclaimers. Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use all refer to the same kind of agreement.
- Privacy policy: It is a document that explains the information you collect, use, and protect - from customers or clients - as part of your business operations.

What is a Google Site Kit?
It is the official WordPress plugin from Google. The Google Site Kit is a tool that helps you connect to six different Google services, providing insights such as performance stats, aggregated data and recommendations distilled in an easy-to-access dashboard.
The six services are: Analytics, Search Console, AdSense, PageSpeed Insights, Optimize, and Tag Manager.
