Scope
The Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic (DISC) was keen on increasing inhouse marketing communication capacity in line with the expansion of clinic operations.
To guide existing and future MarCom employees, we worked closely with the leadership team to develop a consolidated policy framework document (close to 100 pages) to support business growth and future marketing activities.
Over the course of our consultancy work, we also assisted with additional brand
communication deliverables.
